Shipping Policy

• Our products will be shipped from one of our vendor's warehouse.
• Most shipped products takes about 7 to 14 business days to arrive.
• Some products can be shipped directly from our medical supply store in Houston. The customer needs to make a store request to arrange for shipping directly from our store. Extra shipping & handling chrages may apply.
• Special order or back order products may take 4 to 12 weeks to be shipped.
• Some products are offered with free shipping so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

Delivery Policy

• All deliveries depart from our medical supply store in Houston.
• We require a minimun 3 hour window for all deliveries. We will give you a courtesy call to notify you we are on the way to deliver your item.
• We require a 24 hour delivery cancellation notice by phone and/or email. A cancellation fee will apply for all delivery cancellations.
• There is not full or partial refunds for deliveries
• Our delivery hours are the same as the store regular business hours.
• Special arrangements can be made to delivery any our products before or after regular business hours. An after hour delivery fee will apply.
